Episode One: Clint Malarchuk

Clint Malarchuk’s name is often recognized because of the on-ice accident when his neck was sliced during a game as an NHL goalie. But his trauma doesn’t start – or end – there. Clint has faced a lifetime of mental health challenges including anxiety, OCD, PTSD, as well alcoholism, depression, and suicidal thoughts, which at one point left Clint with a bullet that remains lodged in his head to this day.

After three close calls with death, Clint has overcome decades of trauma and has found his purpose in life to inspire and support others to seek help in their own mental health struggles. Sitting down with Tony Granato, Clint shares his story more candidly than ever before.
